Uva Viva Italiana di Poli
Uva Viva Italiana di Poli is a blended grape brandy made from 60% Malvasia Bianco from the mountainous region of Candia in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and 40% Moscato Bianco grown in the Euganei hills in the Veneto region. Because Uvaviva is obtained by fermenting the whole grape in stainless steel, the final distillate is rich and aromatic like the juice of the grapes from which it is made.
Uva Viva Italiana di Poli is a clear brandy with pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears and orange blossom. On the palate it is full of delicate, fresh and flavorful, with notes that persist long into the finish.

- Production Process
Poli uses copper pot stills for distillation, which is carried out in September at the time of pear harvest. The final distillate, at 75% abv, is lowered to 40% by the addition of distilled water. It is then chilled to 40°F, filtered and bottled.
Aged for at least 6 months in stainless steel vessels.
